Extend Your Run Into Boca Negra Canyon

Distance: 2.25 miles
Surface: Asphalt
Elevation Gain: 196 feet

The decent into Boca Negra Canyon at one point the route has a 13% grade, a worthy challange for the accent.  The canyon is a little slice of the wildness that once existed on the west mesa and still does exist west of the build up.

Work hard at everything you do. Never give up. Never quit. Many people have talents but without the hard work you won’t get anywhere.
